Founder and Creative Director, Larry Panfil, has had a vast career in advertising and design. With over 30 years of experience, he worked on integrated campaigns for well-known brands such as AT&T, Bausch + Lomb, Delta Airlines, Home Depot, Met Life, and many more.

 

In 2006, he worked in the creative department for Timberland, Timberland PRO, Kodiak and Terra Footwear. There he got to learn a ton about the retail and wholesale marketing business, as well as the footwear and apparel industry. In 2019, he left to start Creative Hive Design. 

 

Larry currently resides in Dracut, MA. When he isn’t working, he enjoys hiking, snow boarding and going to the New England beaches with his wife (Beth), and two sons (Shawn & Tyler). He is also constantly followed around the house by his buddy Bailey, his always-ready-to-play Havanese.
